1- La conception ou la mise au point de systèmes macro ou micro- polymériques susceptibles de stabiliser et d’améliorer la performance in vivo de biomolécules d’intérêt biologique ou thérapeutique (enzymes, anticorps monoclonaux, peptides). 2-Comprendre l’influence du système immunitaire sur la performance de ces systèmes macro ou micro-polymériques in vivo. L’accent est porté sur le rôle du macrophage une des composantes majeures de la réponse immune.
